By accessing and using PIXELSWAP ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. PIXELSWAP provides a non-custodial cryptocurrency exchange aggregation service that allows users to swap digital assets through third-party liquidity providers.

2. Service Description

PIXELSWAP acts as an interface connecting users with cryptocurrency exchange providers. We do not hold, store, or have custody of your digital assets at any time. All transactions are executed through our exchange partner (ChangeNOW) and processed directly between wallets.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You must ensure the accuracy of wallet addresses provided for transactions
  • You are responsible for complying with laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction
  • You must not use the Service for illegal activities, including money laundering or terrorist financing
  • You acknowledge that cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain

4. Transaction Processing

Exchange rates are provided in real-time by our liquidity partners and may fluctuate. The final amount received may differ from estimates due to market volatility and network fees. Transaction times depend on blockchain network congestion and typically range from 5 to 30 minutes.

5. Fees

PIXELSWAP includes a small service fee in the exchange rate displayed. There are no hidden fees. Network (gas) fees charged by the blockchain are separate and included in the final displayed amount.

6. Refunds

If a transaction fails, funds are automatically returned to the sender's address by our exchange partner. Refund processing time depends on the blockchain network. PIXELSWAP does not control refund timing as we are a non-custodial service.

7. Limitation of Liability

PIXELSWAP is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for losses resulting from incorrect wallet addresses, blockchain network issues, exchange rate fluctuations, or third-party service failures. Use the Service at your own risk.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the website.
